Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (Canada & US) – 5–10 business days
Express Shipping (Canada & US) – 2–5 business days
International Shipping – 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or courier service disruptions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in Canada and Everywhere else has option of standard/express shipping.

International Orders

AV Jewels ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AV Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the courier directly.
