AV Jewels Returns & 1-Year Quality Guarantee

At AV Jewels, we design jewelry meant to be worn, loved, and lived in. Every piece is crafted with intention, which is why we proudly offer a 1-year quality guarantee on all of our jewelry.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Jewelry must be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • All original tags and protective packaging must be included

For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin, email avjewels@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

If you would like a prepaid return label, we offer one for a $25 CAD shipping & processing fee.
Once payment is received, we will email your return label.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear

Original shipping fees are non-refundable..

International Customs Duties/Fees:

AV Jewels is NOT responsible for any international customs duties or fees.

Customers are responsible for covering any customs or taxes that may be incurred when shipping to international destinations. While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, AV Jewels cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Please do NOT refuse a delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refunds issued will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

1-Year Quality Guarantee

All AV Jewels pieces come with a 1-year warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Plating or material issues under normal wear

If your jewelry experiences a defect within one year of purchase, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or fading from misuse

  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, or impact

To submit a warranty claim, email avjewelss@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Custom/Personalized Orders:

All custom, sale, and personalized orders are FINAL SALE.

Once a custom order is purchased, there are NO cancellations, changes, exchanges, returns, or refunds.
