What’s Covered:
• Stone replacement if a stone becomes loose or falls out
• Chain repair or replacement if it breaks under normal wear
• Clasp repair or replacement

We want your jewelry to feel as timeless as the moments you wear it for. If you experience an issue within the first year, our team will repair or replace your piece free of charge.

What’s Not Covered:
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or third-party alterations, tarnishing of a piece.
• Natural wear and tear (light scratches, fading, or heavy wear)
