AV Jewels Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
We cover the cost of your return label to make the process simple and stress-free.

Lost or Stolen Packages
AV Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the courier directly.
